"The personality types were somewhat inconsistent with me but then I guess it can never be a full match. I can see the alignment with the profiles of Coordinator and Manager, less so a Trainer but can see some alignments in that area however I see a lot more similarity to a Coach and Campaigner. I heavily work in Business Change with engagement with Leaders and employees on all levels and so see my alignment closer to the other 2 areas.
