My Skills My Life

Discover STEM careers that match your skills and personality.

Not sure what career is right for you? Simply want to know what your unique strengths are? Explore exciting careers in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) based on your interests and personality.

Whether you're creative, curious, practical, collaborative or a natural problem-solver, there's a STEM career that could be right for you. And you don’t need to be a maths genius (although if you are, there’s cool things there you can do too).

STEM is this amazing world where people think up incredible ideas, design them, and make them real. Phones. Games. Social media. Music. Sports tech. Life-saving medicine. Solar power. The internet. You name it!

And STEM is full of the most interesting people.

Designers, gamers, makers, creators, problem-solvers and big thinkers. They're helping people, building cool stuff, and changing the world around us.

Take our free STEM career quiz to discover jobs you might love, hear from inspiring women working in STEM today, and learn about employers shaping the future through innovation and technology.

WISE and My Skills My Life

My Skills My Life is our outreach platform, using real women’s stories and a strengths‑based matching tool to help young people, particularly girls, discover roles aligned to their skills, interests and ambitions.

By making STEM careers more visible (and showing how exciting they can be) we’re working to increase gender parity and diversity in STEM, and build a stronger talent pipeline.
