Within my role, I probably need to have a bit of every personality type at times and have to constantly adapt depending on who I am talking to and the situation I am in. As a manager of a team, it is really important to be a great coach/mentor but also to be open and listen and coordinate other people's ideas."

"I work in Video Streaming and our company builds streaming platforms where you can watch video on demand or live through the internet. Its a really cool place to work and we have some awesome clients with exciting content. I manage four technical teams and we look after everything post-sales. Once the client has their product/service then we look after the client, fix any issues and try and sell those clients more products. Salaries within the tech industry can be very rewarding as you work your way up. As an entry-level role you could start from around 18k/20k."
