"My day can be very varied but can include any of the following; giving a client presentation to propose a new solution or service, a meeting to review the financial accounts of the services and teams I run, reviewing data to help inform a decision which needs to be made, writing reports to demonstrate how well we have performed the services we provide, a team meeting to review progress or a 1-2-1 coaching session with one of my team. I enjoy working with great people in order to provide services and solutions to clients. I love solving problems and helping people."

"I went to University to study Business Administration, then joined a company as a Recruiter. I progressed to a Team Leader, then Manager. I undertook several roles which enabled me to develop new skills such as Project Management, Data Analysis and Technology Implementations before moving into my current role in which I look after a significant part of the business for Alexander Mann Solutions. I wanted to learn and experience as much as I could. Learning new skills is exciting and enables us to grow and expand the opportunities that are available to us. Lots of people inspire me. Our CEO, Rosaleen Blair (our Founder and CEO) inspires me. She is has built an amazing company and has formidable drive and passion to create a business to be proud of. Amelia Earhart who was the first female to fly a plane solo across the Atlantic Ocean is also inspirational to me. "

"I am married with 2 children (Harriet (13) and Edward (11)) and with a busy career I don't have lots of spare time. However, it is important to have a hobby outside of work so I have a horse called William who I ride at the weekends. I also have a black Labrador puppy called Alfie who I walk daily. "

"I manage teams of people who provide recruitment and resource solutions to a range of companies. My role involves running the financial accounts, negotiating contracts, ensuring the teams deliver services well and helping people progress and develop in their careers through coaching and mentoring. The most exciting and rewarding part of my career to date is inspiring and helping people in my team grow and progress their skills and careers. There are lots and lots of opportunities for progression as well as travel. My team are based in Hong Kong and Singapore so I get to travel there too."
