I look at: Quality - this involves reviewing company standards, policies, procedures and audits.Health - this involves Occupational Health and Wellbeing for all staff members to ensure everyone is fit for work.Safety - this involves workforce safety, passenger public safety, managed train stations safety and culture change.Environment - this involves Weather Resilience, Energy and Carbon, Environment Management and Social Performance.I am grateful that my job gives me opportunities to travel and meet new people. There is support and training available and there are great opportunities to progress into senior positions within the organisation."
