I am responsible for solutions to improve the performance of our department by looking at how we do things, the people we employ and managing the budgets. I really enjoy having a close working relationship with the wider team, which enables me to work with our Early Careers as well as leading a project to ensure we have future talent working for us. "Outside of work I am a mother to an eight year old son and a wife of 16 years. I enjoy nothing more than spending time with them making happy memories.I also have a passion for crafts, specifically sewing as I started in the textile trade from 16 years old so often design and create dancewear and more recently helped a friend with a customised wedding dress which was an amazing experience.I am also an active individual and teach, train and compete in Aerial Hoop which is a form of acrobatic dance preformed at height. This is a great confidence and strength builder and love teaching at it allows my to support others in their own goals and all skills learnt are easily transferred back into the ‘day job’ business, such as lesson planning, the ability to break descriptions down and modify solutions according to an individuals needs."
