I'm particularly focused on our testing and internal tools, making sure the software we build is the best it can be and making it easier for our engineers to build things well and efficiently. The people I work with are really clever people, but everyone is also really friendly and keen to teach you new things. I like making a difference: our aim is to provide accessible and affordable healthcare to everyone on earth and the technology we build is a big part of that mission. I love the challenge as there's always something new to learn and a new problem to solve. I've already moved team to learn some new skills and there are opportunities to become a senior engineer or a technical team lead. "
