I work with software developers who have cool things to talk about and want to share their ideas with colleagues and peers. I am responsible for finding teams to support the event, people to speak at the event and organising all the fun stuff that happens while we are there! I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and helping them share the cool things they have been working on or designing. I love it when I have worked with a new presenter and I see them shining on stage. There are always new things to try within the job and I love experimentation."
