"I manage a large scale aviation programme. My organisation is Inmarsat and we operate a network of satellites in space. We provide Internet connection for use on land, in the air and at sea.I enjoy working in a high-tech environment with many different people from varying background and skills. I also get to travel a lot to meet with airlines and our customers. The starting salary for a junior project manager role is about £25K to £35K depending on the sector. This will increase with experience."
