It is all about research, lots of ideas, teamwork. It has a lot of fun!Manager: I leading a group of postgraduates, undergraduates, and technicians to design experiments, build tools, try our ideas. People are working together efficiently and enjoyably.Quality controller: Research is obviously a serious thing. What we are doing needs to be RIGHT. But you know what, most often, I tried three solutions, only one is working. We call it EXPERIMENT. We are allowed to be wrong that what leads us to be RIGHT."
