Who am I?

What do I do?
"Starting salary for an audiologist is band 5 agenda for change. Clinical scientists can expect band 7 and above. I manage a range of services within child development centres and therefore follow our NHS trust career pathway. I decided to boarder my experience by working outside of my specialty but skills are transferable and I’m enjoying the new challenges my trust offers me."
How did I get here?
"I’ve worked in audiology for most of my career. I became paediatric clinical lead then manager of audiology and professional lead. I now manage a range of paediatric services in a child development centre."
The life I live
"I live by the sea so enjoy walking on the beach and just enjoy being outdoors."
My typical day
"I spend time looking through and prioritising actions from emails, monitoring team activity and performance and report these to senior management in the trust . Providing support to staff problem solving and developing their ideas and clinical practice."
