Every day is varied and I very much enjoy the fact that it's not your typical 9-5 desk job and it is a very sociable career. "
How did I get here?
"Sandwich year at a property and regeneration company ‘Siglion’ Sunderland. Joint venture partnership tasked with carrying out the biggest regeneration project in the city centre. Gained valuable experience in property development and asset management which helped me decide which pathway I wanted to do once I graduated. I met professionals in the industry through networking and as a result gained further experience at a national firm of chartered surveyors after I completed my sandwich year. The valuable experience I gained and the people I had met on placement helped me with my disseration in final year and at job interviews as I have excellent commercial awareness and confidence. "
