I am fully committed, take pride in my work and always want to do a good job. I love a challenge and enjoy problem solving, whether is relates to resolving a project issue or coming up with a better way of doing something.I can articulate detail at a level people understand both at a technical and business level. I am forward thinking and always like to know the full picture. I will challenge if I do not believe something is being managed appropriately, or not in line with my personal values or those of the business I work for."

I work closely with project sponsors, business change managers, solution managers, portfolio managers and suppliers. As a project manager my aim is to ensure that projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements. How did I get here?
"I have worked for some very inspirational female leaders during my career within the IT and technology sector. These leaders have been an inspiration to me and have provided a great level of support to my personal development and career goals.I am experienced in working within various IT roles in both service management and service delivery. My IT career started by working on a support desk and I advanced through to managing large teams of support analysts and developers. After 10 years within service management I moved into project delivery taking on an IT project manager role.
