"I have two children, both very young and haven't started school yet, so all my free time is basically looking after then and taking them out on fun filled days, I work flexible at Nippon so I don't work Fridays, this type of work is offered to all as long as you have justification for doing so! "My typical work day starts with turning on the computer and reading my emails (this is important as you day can vary massively).Next I check to see what incidents have been raised over the last 24 hours and see if any of them need my attention.I will then look at the last 24 hours worth of product data, and identify if any results need my attention.I will then either work on an improvement project, audits or investigations.I work closely with the lab team and often pop in to ask about the final product quality, if everything is ok or if there are any issues.There will also be the odd request from other departments for help, so when they arise I will focus on them.My role is a supporting role, so if someone asks for help I am there to assist."
