"I work within a research and development team. I have to present my findings to management and convince them (with logical arguments and data) that my product will bring improvements. My Coach and Campaigner personality traits do exactly that. It's great to be working in a team and understand what other people want, in order to achieve change in the technology we build. Again, this uses my other trait, Innovator."

"I studied computer science in High School but I was attracted to graphic design and advertising. I went on to study Economics and Marketing, worked in an Advertising company and figured out I was enjoying creating code more. I switched my degree to Business Informatics Systems, a field that would allow me to develop and design, knowing this would give me more options. I went on to be a Software Tester and with the help of a mentor, overcame my fear of development and went on being a Software Developer. From then on, I learned more and more and now have a team that I lead and guide through the design process. Sometimes I had financial motivation, but most of the time I just enjoyed my job and the people I met."
