Who am I?
"I am outgoing, energetic, passionate, confident and very good at forming relationships, which is in line with my Manager trait. I work hard and enjoy investigation work, which fits with my Explorer and Quality Controller traits."
What do I do?
"I work as the Commercial Trading Team Manager. My job is to ensure we achieve the sales targets. I work with a wide range of teams from Marketing, Finance, Legal and Intelligence who help to come up with strategies to help us reach our targets. I have enjoyed progressing and expanding my skill set. There are always opportunities for progression in any role as long as you ask for them. You should never stop learning."
How did I get here?
"I worked in the marketing team originally and had a mentor in the trading team. I showed interest in the role and applied."

"I enjoy exercise, spending time with friends and family and travelling."

"A typical day for me involves lots of numbers, excel spreadsheets, presentations, investigating performance issues and working with multiple people and teams to hit the targets!"
