"The three personality types match a lot with me. I always try to be friendly and a good listener in order to understand others' situations and find a way to help them. Working as a civil engineer, these values are important in order to understand clients requirements. I am currently working with the team responsible for providing technical solutions and construction sequence during the preparation of our offer to win a project. The solutions are to be aligned with the client's targets, time and cost savings, and minimisation of the risks to health and safety and the environment. Being good at maths and physics and very curious about the building environment around me, I decided to study Civil Engineering. I acquired a Diploma in Civil Engineering in Athens, Greece that included 5 years of studies with the last 2 years of the studies being focused on Transportation Engineering. Then, I completed a master's degree in Project Management at the University of Reading (UK) in order to learn about the management of construction projects within the UK construction industry."
