"I work in a lab environment so need to be able to follow instruction in order to work in safely. I also need to think logically in order to design a new product as well as to be able to persuade people, using my Trainer personality type, as to why it is a good idea. I work in a diverse team so I also need to support and listen to other people, which my Manager and Communicator traits are really useful for."

"I design new products and bring them to life in the laboratory. I also look for trends and share them with my team in order to incorporate them in our future products. I had the opportunity to work in the US for 10 weeks on secondment. I was surprised as I never expected to be offered a role like that at this point in my career. My company is global, so if I want to travel and work abroad, I can work towards that. "

"I studied Chemistry at University which enabled me to do a placement at Unilever. After my placement, I applied for a job at the company and since then, I have taken on different roles in different functions to grow & learn. I am always keen to learn and experience different parts of the business. My inspiration has been the buddy I was assigned during my placement. I have had various line managers during my career that have inspired me. "
