Sian went on to do a degree in Chemistry and spent lots of time working in a laboratory and moving around different teams to keep learning new things. "Sian enjoys spending time with her family and keeping fit. She is quite adventurous and has even done a parachute jump and trained as a scuba diver! Sian really loves her job and she thinks it would be great if she could progress even further, but if not, she would be content continuing in this role. She personally plans to use her position to encourage more people to do STEM careers."
