Northrop Grumman runs a 12–month Industry Placement in the UK which allows participants to experience different projects and develop their skills and interests. Participants have a strong support network with a mentor, project lead, line manager and the early careers development manager. We also run a two year graduate scheme with two intakes each year. The graduates will specialise in disciplines including software engineering, project management, systems engineering and control software engineering.

Our ERGs range from NGWIN celebrating the women of Northrop Grumman to GreeNG which aims to keep our workforce and company environmentally aware and sustainable.
